There is a single bullet hole in the otherwise intact windshield directly in plane with the drivers head/neck/upper torso, and the other shots were fired from an angle as the officer jumped out of the vehicle’s path.

I watched the video and legit thought it was totally from the side, but the shooting started earlier. I think I read four shots fired. Probably the windshield is mush at this point since the vehicle would up smashing into other vehicles but would be interesting to see where on the windshield those bullet holes are.

Given that it's near impossible to trust the cast of characters involved I wouldn't be surprised if folks busted up the windshield if it was still somewhat intact lol.

It's because he's right next to the car. She starts to drive away and he steeps to the side as he shoots. At no point was his life even remotely in danger, all she was trying to do was drive away, and he shot her because he didn't want her to leave.
I don't know if anybody else remembers, but some years back an armed group of chuds occupied (and wrecked) a wildlife refuge here in Oregon. One of the guys eventually tried to flee, and when the cops cornered him down the road, he tried to pull a gun. I distinctly recall people at the time arguing that guy _shouldn't_ have been killed, it was excessive force, etc etc. Point is, there, as now, the issue for reactionary, mouth breathing, power entitled bullies isn't what happens, but who it happens to.
