Crime Woman in Minneapolis Executed by ICE Officers; White House Reflexively Hand Waves Murder

Right Angle News Network... Yeah, this is dark. Maybe the agents knew she would react with indifference when surrounded.
Yeah, a crystal ball that tell the future is issued with every ICE Uniform.

Doesn't her fleeing towards them justify the shooting? Not saying I agree or disagree with the outcome, but it's the middle of the night and I can't wake the family after learning about this.

Rip, this is going to get ugly.
'fleeing towards them?'
Threatening a life justified the shooting.

No it's not 'going to get ugly.'
This will be completely forgotten in 36 more hours, if that.

This one isn't going away quickly I don't think. It's the main story on the news in the UK and is changing the perception of how people see American society.

Having eyesight is not unique expertise.
Having your expertise in exactly how officers should react in life-or-death situations when then there's no time to think but only to react instinctually will be very valuable as an expert witness for the prosecution.

And only you can provide it.
No one else.
Call a federal prosecutor.
They need you.
This ICE officer will get away with murder and never be charged unless you call a federal prosecutor right now.

Dude stop acting like you're a teenager.

You should contact a federal prosecutor and offer your unique expertise to the situation for when they're pressing charges.
Exactly. All these people in this threat talking like they know. Let’s just skip the investigation and the courts and let the sherdoggers decide 😂😂. Arrogant fucking muppets.

I concluded you didn't care about trump lying, when you said:

You're using the @Confucamus defense.

I do care, but not near enough after hearing 'Trump lied 357,864 times in the last 3 minutes' for the last 10.5 years.

I care about Trump's lies when they actually matter.

Regardless of what Trump did or didn't say, whether absolute truth or complete bullshit, is irrelevant to the event of the shooting in Minnesota.

Fuck me page one of this thread is a pretty damning indictment of modern America.
Such divisiveness is toxic, and will irrefutablely lead to your downfall.....or subjugation.

I don't see how anyone could think that was justified let alone how any real government could immediately come out in defence of it.

Like most things, its not the original error that kills you, its the cover up.

Defending that, no review, no enquiry, no assessment in cold light of day.

Big news in Australia too.

I can't say how it will stay that way, but any government defending that murder would be gone, asap.

That wasn't a life and death situation since he didn't have to move much to get out of the way and the car didn't even have the space to build up any really dangerous speed even if she pressed the pedal to the metal.

All weapon carrying officers should also have a lot of training to let them make the right decisions in highly stressful situations.

But given how many war room sherdoggers that are such cowards that they are really scared of admitting when they are wrong anonymously on the Internet I guess I can get why they feel it was so extremely dangerous

Look at around the minute time. This guy has strong opinions on what happened but it doesn't appear the ICE agent is in any danger of being run over from this angle....shooting at the vehicle as it already sped past him is also problematic.

Did they identify themselves? Did they have law enforcement markings?

Want to hear a crazy story? One of my former park ranger coworkers moved to another state (after he got fired with our department) where one night he decided to pull over a random woman in his unmarked police style cruiser and pat her down. Except he wasn't a cop. He was dressed in this 5.11 style law enforcement / security garb. He attempted to sexually assault her and she was able to get away from him and contact police. The guy was later arrested.

Do we now live in a third world shithole where you got agents in unmarked cars, with face masks and no identification jumping out and taking people away on the street and elsewhere? How is a normal person, especially a US citizen, to know these are government agents acting out their cosplay fantasies and not random assholes trying to carjack or rob them?

You do know that the tires were on ice and weren't getting traction well, right?
Speaking as someone that has done a lot of icey-road driving they can have traction, and then they don't, then they do, and then they don't.

And it wouldn't have been a life and death situation if she wasn't an Anti-ICE activist blocking traffic, complied with commands given by law enforcement, not tried to evade arrest which put an officer's life in danger.... and we know what happened next.

She's a victim of her own stupid choices.

I dont see how over analysing every angle for any reason justifies pulling a gun through an open window and shooting someone 4 times in the face for a traffic violation at best, especially that they are clearly in a suburban neighbourhood. The USA is just fucked. It's the fact that instantly putting a gun in someones face is just considered normal.

To sum this one up for the smooth brains ITT

Motor vehicle=deadly weapon
Driving at someone=imminently threatens to inflict great bodily harm/death
Human reaction time is not instantaneous, the decision to shoot was made at the moment the officer was in danger
This situation has been argued in court before and the officers have never been charged.

Bah this is just like a video replay in a rugby match or var in soccer.

Both sides will see what they want to see. And only that

So she tried to break free from ICE agents who are officials. That's stupid. Does she deserve to get shot over by this? No.

Edit: after reading a bit about it it’s murder.
All she did was blocking a road to see the events and there aren’t any clear signs she did it on purpose. Even if she did.

I’m also not sure how much rights these ice guys have. Are they allowed to stop and control people’s id’s without good reason? Can they arrest?!
And how are their rights in cities who’s majors are clearly against them being there?

Not just normal, correct. There are people, and lot of people, that think she _should_ have been killed.

Very possible driver was focused on the person trying to get into her car/open her door and didn't even see the agent that was more in front of the car.

Regardless, the fact that she got shot through the side window and not from the front basically makes self-defense laughable and this is in essence a murder. But now that the legal system has sunk to banana republic levels, really hard to tell what the outcome of this will be since folks need to know what people's political affiliations are in order to render a "judgment" in America these days.

They already did. The DHS was literally calling this woman, who is now dead, a "domestic terrorist" an hour after she was killed.
Yeah I just saw the video. I can’t believe she really said that. Domestic terrorism.

You gotta be kidding me.

This is the thing that scares me about partisan politics. It’s so obsessed with clean narratives and your side always looking like it’s in the right that’s able to twist crimes and atrocity to fit whatever fit agenda.

Rioters start looting burning down the city… the left will claim that it was nonviolent

Innocent woman get shot in head unjustly… the right are claiming she’s a terrorist

People are so willing to make and accept whatever lies. They’re told just to make sure their team looks good.
