One must have some exceptionally strong confirmation bias goggles on to think that she was aiming to run someone over. The wheels are clearly turned so she's trying to drive away.

Furthermore if the car could have hit that agent in the direction it was going he would have been run over he would have been hit since the shot didn't stop the car, it kept driving until it hit the parked cars.

This was either malicious or the agents are cowards with insufficient training.

Go back, watch the video in slo mo and then decide if your ego is worth more than the truth.

You can literally see the puff of smoke from the first shot, its not complicated at all to see the frame when he fired. Its not rocket science unless you are a moron. When the first shot is fired both his feet are visible on the side of the car.

Btw if he managed to jump out the way without getting hit, it means he was not justified in firing. The bullets did not stop the car. Let that sink in.
