I know someone personally who shattered his pelvis cause he got hit by a person trying to elude police. His life is ruined. As I said earlier, I have no sympathy for anything that happens to idiots who try to do that.

Likewise, guess insane actions can seem rational when accountability is being called for what you did. Maybe it could be witnesed by your wife, who at that exact moment just happened to be there for recording purposes and yelling out WTF multiple times.

I think she freaked out because of the guy coming in to detain her so yes, she probably wasn't paying attention to the guy in front. It's a pretty unfortunate series of events as the guy decides to cross at the precise moment when another officer is trying to get her out of the car. From what I've seen, cops generally have better coordination than that in these sorts of scenarios, but these guys obviously aren't used to dealing with people in vehicles.

I'm actually reviewing a clip posted earlier by @Michaelangelo frame by frame.

1). The Honda Pilot driver is in park with her wheels turned to the left (shooting officer is to her right, out of the frame, not directly in front of the vehicle)

2). As the two officers step out and walk up to the The Honda Pilot driver side, the driver reverses with wheels still in the same position to the left. The vehicle is now unfortunately positioned with the shooting officer right directly in front of her. She just positioned her car in a terrible position if her intent is to move forward (shooting officers firearm is clearly not drawn yet, his left hand is likely filming the incident with a phone)

3) The Honda Pilot driver starts to accelerate forward and wheels straighten out. The shooting officer has now drawn his weapon with his right hand (the Honda Pilot tires are now pointed towards him as the vehicle is clearly in drive and the driver is accelerating)

She clearly didn't want to be detained and thought she could drive off without hitting him.

Her vehicle was moved into a kill position. That officer seemingly made a bad choice, a tough call but it was the Honda Pilot driver that reversed her vehicle leaving it angled towards the shooting officer, (wheels still facing to the left) then she turned her wheels towards him as she accelerated.

its snowing, their truck was STUCK, and there are MULTIPLE CARS ON THE ROAD. She told them to go by, they arent traffic enforcement. Why won't you answer me on how they were going to write her a ticket? What were they going to give her a ticket for? What if she was stuck in the snow like the agents were? What if all the cars were in a traffic jam?

Veteran ICE agents aren't the grab squad, that's the newbies, guaranteed.

Law enforcement agencies can detain and make arrests for anything. Fish and game officers can detain you for non fish and game crimes and turn you over to the local or state police. Are you a child or just ignorant?
