The most accurate series of events I can gather from what has been released so far.
Rent a feds get stuck in the snow.
Lady pulls up and starts talking shit.
Rent a feds feelings are hurt and calls for back up.
Lady backs up to let traffic pass and continues to talk shit.
Rent a feds show up then swarm and surround her like she's literally Osama bin Laden von Hitler
They threaten to detain her, she says fuck it and tries to leave. Rent a fed in front of the vehicle panics and kills her despite not being scathed.
Oh sure, funny how you have no sort of standards. Like you know there is a lot of video. It even completely disproved your nonsense. Yea when you bust out a window with a mob while trying to get to US politicians, while trying to over turn a legal election, you will probably get shot. Also when you elect and support the traitors that incited people like the idiot Ashli, then cheer when citizens end up shot, you might not stand for anything and your words might mean nothing.Ashli Babbitt had no weapons that would have hurt that 6'2" - 220lb cop with a Glock. WTF are you babbling about?
Are you upset that a Left Cult moron tried to murder a Federal LEO and got killed trying? Cry for us.
I know you know what the difference is. They didn't get called to the scene of a woman blocking the road. She intentionally impeded their path in a manner which has been used against them in the past. If I intentionally block any law enforcement agency like this, whether it's the FBI, Secret Service, or local cops, I can count on getting arrested. What makes this lady immune to that?I see, so ICE is a traffic enforcement agency, my mistake.
Oh wow you quoted the government website. Next explain why Obama didn't need to militarize ICE against US citizens to deport more people than Trump.Yes, when necessary
Thank you for asking questions to be educated on the subject at hand.
But he can’t just make it up. He can’t just “think” it.It could be nothing but the second the officer thinks a vehicle is being used as a weapon against them it turns into that. Dude all she had to do was anything but what she did. This isn't American fascism it's a Darwin award.
Well being shot in the face kind of supersedes being arrested, an action that certainly wasn't quite proportional to her crime of trying to leaveI know you know what the difference is. Ah, the word games. Obama did use ICE down in Texas, and I'm sure there were interactions with citizens. In this case, ICE didn't go after US Citizens, US citizens went after ICE, started a conflict, and found out it was the wrong move.Oh wow you quoted the government website. Next explain why Obama didn't need to militarize ICE against US citizens to deport more people than Trump.
If she only got arrested then this wouldn’t be news now would it?If I intentionally block any law enforcement agency like this, whether it's the FBI, Secret Service, or local cops, I can count on getting arrested.
They said their vehicle was stuck, so this argument falls apart. As well as video showing another vehicle navigating past hers. Was she yelling at them sure, but that is free speech. So now what? We have to understand what their goal was here. Either they had the emotional control of a toddler or they had cause to approach her here?I know you know what the difference is. They didn't get called to the scene of a woman blocking the road. She intentionally impeded their path in a manner which has been used against them in the past. This one’s going to come down to was he justified in shooting vs. was it necessary to do so. Doesn’t look necessary to me but given his placement in front of the vehicle it will probably be ruled justifiedHe wasnt near the car at all when the video first starts, he intentionally walks into the car with his arms stretched, all the while watching another officer aggressively stick his arms inside her window. Out of all the possible things he could have done, it was literally by far the worst.
If they do an internal investigation, its going to come out that ICE is hiring an insane amount of people they simply dont have the means to properly train before sending them onto the streets.
Its literally going to be DEI backwards.
If she was intentionally blocking the road and not moving after being ordered to do so? I'm sure more information will come out but from what we have so far it doesn't look good for this woman's motives. She was not just some random citizen conducting a 3 point turn. We've been seeing protestors block in and assault ICE officers for a long time now.
From everything we have here, she was not doing a 3 point turn lolShe was doing a 3 point turn. She let one car past ahead, and then you can see her trying to wave the ICE car past but instead of doing that they decided it was a good opportunity to flex and detain her for no lawful reason. You keep saying she was blocking the road when a car driver past her on the road right before she was shot. One lane was completely open. Stop lying when there is clear video evidence.
I mean video clearly shows them trying to reach into her vehicle so where did she go after them? The spin of saying she tried to run over the agent is just you fellas wanting to justify the actions of a point blank shot to the head. Even when your own government is lying to you about how injured the officer is, you really want to believe. Funny how far boot lockers will go to say this was a good shooting, when we have all the videos of this event that counters everything you say.Ah, the word games. Obama did use ICE down in Texas, and I'm sure there were interactions with citizens. In this case, ICE didn't go after US Citizens, US citizens went after ICE, started a conflict, and found out it was the wrong move.
Try being honest with your questions and statements.
Also, yes, I quoted the federal website explaining what federal agents do. I think its a pretty good source.
The problem was that, in the process of trying to leave, she hit the gas right as an officer was in front of her car. That's why she was shot and killed. If she only got arrested then this wouldn’t be news now would it?
She got shot and killed for trying to flee from a misdemeanor arrest. That’s the problem.
I think we can both agree the we need to see much more of what happened pre-shooting to understand why ICE wanted to arrest her and what their justification was. They said their vehicle was stuck, so this argument falls apart. As well as video showing another vehicle navigating past hers. Was she yelling at them sure, but that is free speech. So now what? We have to understand what their goal was here. Either they had the emotional control of a toddler or they had cause to approach her here?
She decided to block the road and impede them on doing their job. That's reasonable cause for them to intervene with her actions.I mean video clearly shows them trying to reach into her vehicle so where did she go after them? The spin of saying she tried to run over the agent is just you fellas wanting to justify the actions of a point blank shot to the head. Do people often have their spouses get out and film nearby law enforcement as they do 3 point turns? She was doing a 3 point turn. She let one car past ahead, and then you can see her trying to wave the ICE car past but instead of doing that they decided it was a good opportunity to flex and detain her for no lawful reason. “In your opinion, if a suspect doesn't comply with an officer's order, what is the limit of force that officer is allowed to use? Is there a point where they have to stop and just let that person do whatever they want? Those are both serious questions that I'd like to hear your answer to.”And you're putting words into my mouth. Actually READ the last line you quoted (or more than the first half of my second sentence - really any reading at all beyond none would have been nice), and you'll see the exact reason I gave for him pulling the gun.
Anyway, you still haven't answered my questions about the limit of force officers are allowed to use. Did you not read that part, either?
