Crime Woman in Minneapolis Executed by ICE Officers; White House Reflexively Hand Waves Murder

IDK about all that. I think internal investigation is going to show these guys basically have zero fucking training before being sent out in military equipment to yank people off the streets. People don't understand just how big Trump exploded ICE's budget.

You think internal investigation...?

Really...?

Nah, it's attempted murder. The ICE agent is alive and recovering from his injuries.
Defending the state killing someone so brazenly like this will only make it more likely to happen even more frequently. All that tech they’ve tested in Gaza and Russia/Ukraine will be used on the average joe. Especially when you’re verbatim copying trumps post.

How can it not be an execution?

It was a bullet shot from point blank range into the head of someone trying to get away.

You don't need to pretend the woman was some innocent bystander who wanted nothing to do with the situation ("trying to get away"), and the fact that you're doing it so you can call the shooting an "execution" is pretty telling.

This was a woman who was resisting officers in a dangerous manner, and an officer who made a (poor) snap decision in order to prevent that. That's not an execution, no matter what weapon was used or how far away it was used from.

These ICE agents going to be fucked on internal investigation.

putting video in brackets it does show the woman deceased.

The only one that even went towards the woman was the guy that shot her, and now there is video of agents spending more resources on the crowd rather than lending first aid/ arresting.

^ these fucking morons are literally dressed in military fatigue. Its actually disgusting.

Looks like MAGAnaut sycophants role playing military special forces...

Saying that getting shot is what killed her is an emotional conclusion? Lol I didn't realize common sense was emotional

Lets not do this thing where you pretend I'm saying something other than what I said. I don't know what led up to the events in the videos I've seen so far, is all I'm saying.

These are the physical fitness standards for ICE, and they're having trouble finding recruits who can even do that. I'd wager their standards are pretty lax in other areas as well. The only real criterion they have to meet is being willing to do violence against enemies of the state (or at least anyone the Trump regime declares as such). These people are the absolute dregs of American society.

That's good. Now please think about how that applies to the comment you made about the state having the monopoly on violence.

Do you think citizens should have a monopoly on violence instead? Or the government and citizenry should be equally violent? Or what?

Or are you just treating the phrase "monopoly on violence" to mean "the government should be able to kill anyone anytime for any reason" so you have something to argue about?

I said "im pretty sure getting shit killed her"

You said "I can't say"

You then called a plain statement of fact emotional. You made a dumb response and I pointed it out. It ain't that deep.

His initial comment was that government officials should be able to use lethal force if a citizen refuses an order and we're building from there.

I don't think anyone should have a monopoly on violence. If a government is being authoritarian then I think in some circumstances it is justified for the populace to become violent.

It's literally the worst unclear video of the incident. There is no way to tell if the officer was hit there. Your mind is playing tricks on you because you want him to be hit, not that it would even justify execution. There needs to be objective fear of SERIOUS injury to justify lethal force. A car grazing you at low speed does not qualify.
Was the guy hospitalized or treated for any injuries? Any photos of bruising? He seemed to walk around OK after the shoot but maybe that was just adrenaline?
