Even if the officer didn't shoot and she got away she most likely would be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. This video clearly shows the officer being hit, whereas that was obscured in the original video. It's nobody else's problem your eye sight sucks.

Yes this angle makes it a lot clearer - insofar as she did accelerate (mildly) at the officer that shot her, it happened because the other officer on the left door was yelling orders at her, aiming to drag her out of the car, introducing distraction and fear into the situation. It's very possible she never saw the officer in front due to all the interference from the left door officer
