That's my take as well, this lady didn't want to be there. She wasn't trying to block their operation, she was blocked in by their operation. She definitely wasn't trying to hurt them. She might not have even been aware the officer was where he was the way he crossed the front of the vehicle.

How did they go out of their way? She blocked the road and they attempted an arrest. Either you or I try to cut off a cop and block the road like that should expect to get arrested at that point. If we were to try running over a cop to get away while they tried arresting us? Well... it most likely won't end well.

She was fleeing the scene after ignoring orders. She wasn’t a threat to bystanders. Grab her plates and give them to local law enforcement who actually have jurisdiction and charge her with a misdemeanor.

Don’t put yourself into the most dangerous position you can get into so that the situation becomes life or death for everyone involved. (shooting her didn’t save his life at all. The vehicle missed/grazed him and taking the time to shoot put him in more danger of not getting out of the way like he did)

The shooter was not in danger, the dead woman wasn't attacking anyone. All she did was start to drive off and he blasted her. It's a murder, but our societal rot has become so rancid that reality takes the backest of seats to the satisfaction you ghouls get over this shit.
