Woman doing "extreme yoga" falls.

23 explains it. Kids do stupid things.

Also what the hell is extreme yoga and how does this qualify? Hanging from a balcony has nothing to do with yoga. It's just extremely stupid.

Edit: This is also unsurprising. You keep pushing the edge and eventually you find it.

A student of nutrition at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Terrazas is known to be a thrill-seeker, per her Instagram account featuring many images of skydiving, bungee jumping and other adrenaline-fuelled activities.

How in the world did she survive that?

She reportedly needs full reconstruction of her ankles, knees and face

<6>

<{dayum}>

This is what happens when you play stupid games, you win the awesome prize of not walking for a while. At least she now knows that a 10 storey drop wont kill her, she has to pump those rookie numbers up!

A fall like that is going to affect your body permanently. Wouldn't be surprised if she never walks again. Looks like she fell because she lacked upper body strength. Silly yogis, you need to complement your stretching with strength training. If only she did her daily pullups.

She's pretty but stupid. Its a miracle she didnt die.

I'm amazed idiots like this don't kill themselves more often.

You have morons pulling crap like this, eventually things will catch up with them.

Fucking hands were sweating watching that video and Ive seen it before. Lack of secure environment at heights is something that really bothers me, probably cause Im a control freak.

A well balanced Yoga routine builds full body strength including upper body FYI.

haha. Sorry but its true.

Gym bro's will never give yoga credit. I know that. But yoga builds functional strength often far better than pumping weights does.

Pumping weights builds muscle mass but not always functional strength because the focus is very different.
