Gym bro's will never give yoga credit. I know that. But yoga builds functional strength often far better than pumping weights does.
Pumping weights builds muscle mass but not always functional strength because the focus is very different.

Different people do yoga for different reasons.I've done yoga in some capacity for about 15 years. You don't need to go much more exotic or risky than hot yoga. I kind of think you would mess up the meditative qualities if you did.
