This is the first year in about a decade, in which Valentina won't compete more than once. How did this happen? Well, Tate got her ass beat by Murphy, Fiorot won as planned but she's injured and doesn't want to fight Valentina yet, Grasso won as planned but she also doesn't want to fight Valentina yet, and Santos is in the sidelines.

I wouldn't be shocked if they announce something random such as Peña vs Shevchenko 2, with the winner guaranteed to rematch Nunes. Cause Valentina has kept a low profile, been traveling and dancing on yachts, and not campaigning for any fights.

Time to reschedule Araujo vs Maia, book Santos vs Chookagian/Grasso, and keep Andrade at 115 after she TKOs Murphy.

Some good news is Chelsea Chandler said is she walking the lightest she has been in awhile. So she might actually be doing good on her quest to make 135. The last fight was a catchweight so she might actually pull this off.

LaddBudd is rather interesting to me, Aspen has always been deadly on top but lacked technique and forethought in getting it there. That built her reputation as 'deady finisher and super prospect' (against weaker opponents) the UFC (prematurely) tried to get behind but since she never showed any signs of developing TDs or gameplans, I'm not surprised the question is now 'whatever happened to Aspen Ladd' (really, it's what she never became, than what happened).
So now she's taking a step 'down' but not really! and facing former Bellator CHAMP Julia 'Big McLargehuge' Budd who is super strong and well versed in the forbidden art of wall 'n' stall and has a list of bodies including onetime GWOAT Coenen the Barbarian in her wake. This seems like bad news for Aspen. On the other hand, Budd has is 39 years old and looked pretty poor in her last couple of fights. But this fight is at 155, further exacerbating Aspen's 'lack of technique, rely on physique' problem with getting it to the ground. Can plucky young Ladd overcome this significant obstacle on her rocky road to MMA superstardom? Tune in to find out...

Then we also have the person with the name of a tough USA/USSR hybrid action movie star who is actually a lithe blonde supermodel kickboxer from Manchester fighting an unknown, undefeated BJJ girl; and the annual Kayla vs Pachecho main event, with the latest twist that Sweet Young Larissa is Big Bad Larry now, putting a faint whiff of upset about the air...

Fight is at 145 not 155.

I've bet Budd so I'd suggest everyone bet on Aspen.

I'm not a betting man, but I'd pick Budd as well. She's probably stronger than Aspen, and a better wrestler as well. That spells trouble for Miss Ladd. Given my track record picking fights, though, this virtually guarantees a win for Ladd.

Tonight's picks I'm feeling this upset bigger badder Larissa shocks the world and Kayla who wasn't expecting a different fight from the last 2.

I know 39 is old but I gotta ride with Canada's Budd. I do feel this could go like ladd/evenger but she seems hesitant with recent losses and I see julia exploiting that to a ud.

Well this is really cool news! Shame to see Tecia out of action, but looks like she's onto more exciting things for the time being.

I thought they'd broken up. Good for her bad for ufc media who will continue to rank her the entire pregnancy.

Wasn't this fight scheduled a bit ago? I'm glad it's back on, Ricci is becoming a favorite of mine, I want to see how she deals with Penne.
Wouldn't surprise me Penne has had fight after fight fall threw.
Speaking of which where are pinhero and Brianna?
