Would dana really want erin beating up both "special UK" women draws tho.

Personally I'd book Erin with Maia, give her the chance to move up the rankings. Not sure how much of a following Casey has in the UK, maybe the Rangers half of Glasgow if the UFC holds another Scottish card.

Shocked to see a couple of our stalwarts yellow carded, did those ex-Twitter mods got a new job.

Santos claims that Valentina is ducking her. Could Valentina really be scared???

it's not about the current following tho Casey is one viral finish away from having that area behind her. Erin vs Jen is very interesting that's one of those matches I know erin probably wins in a couple years but not sure if she wins today yet.

Val already proved she can beat Santos in a close fight. If Santos wants it she should have to do more then talk tuff on twitter and go win a big fight.

This weeks Rankings changes thoughts: little bit interesting rankings moves #15 Ribas is back makes sense moroz dropped (it is suspect as she fighting next tho) I think Maia should have gone up but it didn't happen. SW #15 is now Viana an odd choice for a 1-1 fighter, surely Ricci deserves it more having won 2 fight including vs Viana. Laughable move in the p4p lemons takes holm spot at #9 but isn't good enough for #8 Rodriguez's spot.

Decided to watch all of Tereza Bleda's fights in Oktagon to get a better idea of where she stands and whether her UFC debut loss was cage jitters. While she didn't gas out in her Oktagon fights, she showed all the vulnerabilities that got her flattened against Silva. Bleda has a pretty good clinch to takedown & ground control game but man does she struggle to get there, she often gets hit on the way in and has been tagged clean and dropped by shorter opponents. Striking is slow, and she leaves her head hanging a lot while she's off-balance or admiring her work after a combo, defence is pretty questionable and consists mostly of backing away in straight lines.

I'd say her UFC debut vs. Silva was pretty typical of how she fights along with the strengths & weaknesses of her style. She was forced to stand & bang against a faster better striker who found the holes in her defence and lit her up good. 125 is no longer the creampuff division so she's gonna have her work cut out for her. Fortunately it's also a big deep division so she'll have a number of lower tier opponents to test her skills against as she works on becoming a better fighter. Let her get some fights in and see where she is in a year or 2.
