Loves dem burritos.
Simple question, would prefer serious answers, but I'm sure I'll get some bad ones.
Cain doesnt cut any weight before fights, he has solid strength and really good cardio, so why isnt he more ripped?
I'm sure since hes a fighter, he's on a pretty strict diet.
I mean no homo, outside of the Hunt, Nelson, DC, he probably has the worst physique of the quality HWs
Evidently you don't need very low body fat to have good cardio.
The 'genes' argument is BS. If Cain cleaned up his diet, he could easily get 'ripped' and have a 6 pack and all that. He'd be smaller though, which is probably why he doesent do it.
no, you don't know that. If you're familiar with people who workout, there are those who work out for years with clean diet and still can't get a 6 pack. They'll be strong as fuck but still can't get ripped.
i must say, i have better example

The cleanliness of the diet doesn't matter, it's a calorie deficiency that's necessary. The terms "clean" and "dirty" food are highly flawed. There's almost no food that is inherently unhealthy, it needs to be contextualized.
Well the reason they gas is because they carry huge amounts of muscle. Not because they are ripped. Idiots.
Fat stores oxygen which the muscles can use when not getting enough from breathing. There is advantages to fat but you still have to carry it around.
Lol everyone's a fucking expert here.
We've got personal trainers and bisexual bathhouse gym junkies having a cow in here.
Relax, bro science bros.
It ain't that serious.
Obviously it's just Sherdog, but TS doesn't have a great deal of knowledge on the subject and asked a legitimate question.
When answers come in like "Genes. End Thread." it is embarrassing.
When people who have little knowledge on a topic claim absolute knowledge and deter someone from further seeking actual answers, the collective intelligence comes to a standstill.
Most of the time I wouldn't use the Sherdog forum as my measuring stick for collective knowledge, but people shouldn't come here and walk away stupider for the experience.
If you don't know anything about the topic (actual important topics like individual health, not 'my p4p list for december'), don't spout off either the first thing that pops into your head, or else misinformed dogma, and then declare the discussion over.
how do you determine whether or not someone has legit knowledge about a topic?
He's ripped down there, deep down.
