Elections Will Trump be on the primary and/or general ballot? (SCOTUS says Trump will remain 9-0)

It’s crazy that all this is going on and Trumps still leading in most polls.
 
We now have California and Maine looking to pull Trump off the ballot. This is straight from top statewide elected officials. We have Texas looking to do the same with Biden. This is Pandora's Box. It should be interesting for sure. I don't think U.S. Citizens / Voters are going to take this too well if their choices are not on the ballot.

Watch the opening from Bannon's warroom this morning. The first 6 and a half minutes is simply 2 clips of MSNBC's coverage. If nothing else, watch those first 6 and a half minutes. It is simply amazing, but at the same time, it really shows how the #blueAnon mass formation psychosis forms and is maintained. They push the same content every day, over and over.

They are doing it this way because it's more palatable to try to take him off the primary ballot because it still gives Republican voters options in that state. I would doubt they would try it after a primary. He very well may be off the CO GE after the SCOTUS ruling but I'm willing to bet he will be on in the primaries

What's crazy is that he's not up by way way more. How can you see them taking a candidate off the ballot and just let it happen and accept it?
 
Any democratic voter cheering this on is an idiot, this only serves to galvanize conspiritorial trump supporters like @cottagecheesefan and the rest of the usually right-leaning-but-too-lazy-to-vote joe rogan crowd.

He’s barred from every ballot. They are waiting to see if trump appeals and if scotus takes it up before putting it into effect.

I don't think anyone buys you not being MAGA. Only MAGA could ignore the fact taking him off the ballot was a bipartisan effort. Only MAGA would put the man above the office. Only MAGA would consider it best to ignore constitutional measures designed for just such a circumstance.

Suggesting his crimes are "excuses" for the consequences is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. You went full mask off here. A more reasoned position is that he fucked around and is finally finding out.

I don't know about cheering it on but as a matter of law it is what it is. Perhaps bringing the suit in the first place was unwise but it was brought and now the court has ruled. Like I said earlier, you don't get to toss out a legal decision you don't like just because you don't like it. You need to change the law.

The case was brought forth by Republicans and Independents. The propaganda machine keeps telling everyone that the Democrats are doing this, but that is a lie. If you take a look at the filing, it's all documented in black and white.

And Biden is under an official impeachment investigation without the Committee being able to show evidence of a crime. One of the Congressmen literally stated that Joe can proclaim his innocence but that his word isn't enough and he has to prove he's innocent.

Polling is always riddled with biases. Not the least of which is it consisting of "likely voters." Hillary also led in most polls. Republicans led lots of polls they ultimately got sh*t-stomped in during the mid-terms
