Elections Will Trump be on the primary and/or general ballot? (SCOTUS says Trump will remain 9-0)

2 things can be true at the same time.

It could be possible Trump was guilty of violating the 14th Amendment under some interpretations.

It is also evident this is dirty political maneuvering.
It's a Constitutional Amendment. The only question is if Trump needs to be convicted first or if the court can determine insurrection based on the available evidence... e.g.

"1. Trump had knowledge that he lost the 2020 election but spread misinformation to the American public and made false statements claiming significant voter fraud led to his defeat;
2. Trump planned to remove and replace the Attorney General and Justice Department officials in an effort to force the DOJ to support false allegations of election fraud;
3. Trump pressured Vice President Pence to refuse certified electoral votes in the official count on January 6, in violation of the U.S. Constitution;
4. Trump pressured state lawmakers and election officials to alter election results in his favor;
5. Trump's legal team and associates directed Republicans in seven states to produce and send fake "alternate" electoral slates to Congress and the National Archives;
6. Trump summoned and assembled a destructive mob in Washington and sent them to march on the U.S. Capitol; and
7. Trump ignored multiple requests to speak out in real time against the mob violence, refused to instruct his supporters to disband, and failed to take any immediate actions to halt attacks on the Capitol."

Polling is always riddled with biases. Not the least of which is it consisting of "likely voters." Hillary also led in most polls. Republicans led lots of polls they ultimately got sh*t-stomped in during the mid-terms
Yeah, I’ll never trust a poll again after 2016.

I gave you a source that says it so maybe try reading that?

It's a bit thin. Very few people are going to be convinced that voters designated Republican can be considered a Republican initiative.

ruling issued today in a case brought on behalf of six Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and the firms Tierney Lawrence Stiles LLC, KBN Law, LLC and Olson Grimsley Kawanabe Hinchcliff & Murray LLC.

That said, CREW has targeted Democrats in the past (twenty-five times). Conservative activist groups target conservatives zero percent of the time and any Republican who does is immediately called a RHINO and smashed out of the party.

The former republican House and Senate majority leader was part of the suit, ffs.

Who was that? Honestly asking.

I gave you a source that says it so maybe try reading that?

But the source you gave is the actual CREW website. I don't necessarily trust it.

The Wiki page says hotel and restaurant owner Eric Goode, an association of restaurants known as ROC United, and an Embassy Row hotel event booker named Jill Phaneuf.

Ok seems like some random civilian people.

It's time to start a score card.

States Currently seeking to remove Trump from the ballot:

California
Colorado
Main

States Currently grandstanding and talking about trying to remove Biden from the ballot just to get some cheap political points from their voters:

Texas

you forgot texas (docket number 4:23-cv-00556)

and

new mexico (1:2023cv00766)

idaho (1:2023cv00393)

nevada (2:23-cv-01387)

Oregon

wyoming (2023-cv-36100)

wisconsin (2023CV002288)

alaska (1:2023cv00011)

michigan (2023CV002288)

south carolina (3:2023cv04501)

virginia (1:2023cv01165)

west virginia (2:2023cv00598)

new jersey (MER-L-001762-23)

new york (1:23-cv-01223-GTS-DJS)

there are also cases that were voluntarilly dismissed by the plaintiffs in north carolina, pennsylvania, kansas, oklahoma, montana, idaho, massacheusetts, and utah. you can expect them to be brought back and refiled now that they have a template in colorado to go by as to how to challenge the ruling of section 13

there are also cases in minnesota, florida, new hampshire, and rhode island that were dismissed in the district court, much like colorado, but are currently being appealed

i could give you a docket number of these real world cases as well if you would care to take a look. they have a website tracking this litigation activity right now.

and now below is a list of the states who have made real world legal filings are currently and actively seeking to remove brandon from office.

end of list.

That's fine and understandable. Felt like you skipped over it to me, but I was mistaken about that. The name you want is Norma Anderson.
"“My fellow plaintiffs and I brought this case to continue to protect the right to free and fair elections enshrined in our Constitution and to ensure Colorado Republican primary voters are only voting for eligible candidates. Today’s win does just that,” said petitioner and former Republican majority leader of the Colorado House and Senate Norma Anderson. “Long before this lawsuit was filed, I had already read Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and concluded that it applied to Donald Trump, given his actions leading up to and on January 6th. I am proud to be a petitioner, and gratified that the Colorado Supreme Court arrived at the same conclusion we all did.”" -From the same source as my previous post

Don't let the country vote for who they choose. Selective prosecution made to order.

Simply change and/or make up laws to fit the needs of those currently in power.

Guess I missed that.
Word. here ya go:

The voter petitioners include former Republican congresswoman Claudine Schneider, the Denver Post conservative columnist Krista Kafer, and former Colorado House and Senate Majority leader Norma Anderson.

That's the new normal it appears, unless the SCOTUS decides to shut down Colorado.

We will have un-elected judges deciding the Presidency. I don't think that's what the Founders and the the U.S. Constitution intended, but here we are as the Democrats bastardize our Justice System and the electoral process further.

Because in the real world Biden has never done anything remotely close to violating that part of the 14th amendment.

Neither had Trump, but your Clown World has it's own reality.

Under the new standard, Biden only needs to be accused (just like Trump) and they can have a (5) day show trial. You did read that 14th Amendment you are citing? Giving Aid and Comfort to Enemy is good enough. Any state that chooses can define China and Iran as enemies. You see, the Colorado Court did not use the Legal definition of "insurrection", Colorado Judges used the dictionary definition. With that, the money to Iran and China are good enough for states. They can throw in the Southern Border being purposefully left open to enemy as well. It all lines up easily. It should be fun to watch which states start dropping Presidential candidates. I'm getting my popcorn and am amused.

The states that are about to take Biden out are not being tracked, but if Texas is any indication, they are coming soon.

will this be before or after they bring that evidence of election fraud to court and then release trump's new health care plan and obama's real birth certificate?

let's go by orange cosby's timeline for literally everything....how about in.........2 weeks?

whats the holdup? i guess they are having a hard time trying to find lawyers who are willing to risk getting sanctioned or disbarred and throwing away their professional reputations just to file frivolous lawsuits against brandon to try to get political revenge on the other party for holding them accountable for their own unlawful wrongdoings. but i'm sure it's coming. right after they gather up all of that evidence of brandons parking tickets of course. should be any day now. but just not today.

i'll bet brandon's quivering in his boots right now!

What we’re seeing is how our system responds to a person who reaches the level of president, while having nothing but contempt for the constitution (or, more likely, just has no clue what it says), has zero regard for checks and balances, has zero regard for norms, and wants to bring down or replace every agency or person that has power over his actions. We’re exercising components of the system that are generally untouched, and we’re fumbling around with that like a monkey fucking a football. Just my opinion.
TLDR, our current situation is the result of a self involved moron like Trump reaching the level of president.
