That fight is only slightly more winnable than Khabib, Lee destroys him imo. He's the last guy Conor should be fighting if they have more than just 1 more fight in mind for him. He's like 90% as bad a matchup for him as Khabib while being nowhere near the draw.

I disagree. Lee has different takedown style and is more willing to trade with a very very shaky chin.

Tony Khabib makes the most sense next. It this is the WWF era of UFC.

Financially Conor Khabib rematch makes most sense. Will happen If gsp Khabib doesn’t.

I think GSP/Khabib would be comparable to a Connor/Khabib 2. He doesn't have as much of a legit excuse for his loss to Khabib like he did for Diaz.

Make Connor/Diaz 3 and you have 2 guaranteed money fights instead of one that may not even be bigger than those...then if Connor wins, he vs. either GSP or Khabib is a guaranteed 2m buys.

So 1 big fight if they are hasty or potentially 3 with some patience.

Fighters do not get to choose who they fight. But they do get to decide who they don't fight. Fighters can say No.

Khabib can absolutely tell the UFC to go fuck themselves if they offer him a Conor rematch. And there is not really much they can do. They can't strip Khabib for wanting to fight someone who deserves a shot over someone he just mauled who does not deserve one.

Nope.

Khabib will say no to Conor if it is offered to him and they will give him Fergie. But they are not going to offer him Conor again. Not immediately. They don't want to wait that long. Conor physically and emotionally had his shit pushed in. He is going back to Ireland to curl up in the fetal position in a blanket made out of money. Khabib will be fighting at least once and maybe twice before you see Conor's mug in the Octagon again.
