I think you are right. I'm sure Chandler will take his common approach of swinging as hard and explosive as he can. There does seem a chance that he could connect on Paddy but I think Paddy's chin can also take a beating.

I have the same feeling I did leading into Conor vs Cerrone.

Cerrone came out saying he was going to give the fans what they wanted. He would stand, and bang.

He proved it when Conor so overpowered his first strke that Conor almost went completely over Cerrone. And then Cerrone didn’t even take the TD Conor just gifted him.

I knew it wasn’t a legit fight, right then.

I get the same vibes from this fight. Chandler is every bit the company man, that Cerrone was.

He knows the UFC want him to lose. And I think he’ll likely give them what they want.

I still believe he’s playing the long game for a UFC related position once he retires from fighting.

I don't think he needs to employ any. Paddy has horrible defense and even corpse of Ferguson was tagging him frequently even in slow-paced situations at mid-distance.
