Why the UFC cuts winning Heavyweights but not the ones that are losing?

They cut Buday right after a victory where they didn't cut the loser, how am I suppossed to see this as anything but making the product worst, at least cut both of the fat slobs.
The UFC heavyweight division gets worse and worse because the UFC is removing all the gatekeeper types (Rozenstruik, Romanov, Buday, Karl Williams, Nascimento, De Lima) while keeping the absolute jobbers (Brzeski, Lane, Tafa, Barnett).
The only Buday fights I've seen were his last 3 in the UFC. All of them were dreadfully boring. Lots of smothering, little striking, and no attempts to finish. One of them was against a LHW who showed up on very short notice. I understand why he was cut despite a 7-1 UFC record.

What I'm more disapointed by is that the UFC thinks the absolute bums who lost those boring decisions are totally UFC material and worthwhile addition to the product.

Rozenstruik has 9 wins by which 8 were by KOs. That's 90% ko ratio. It doesn't get better than that when it comes to KO ratio. So what are you talking about?
I'm talking about Hamdy and Bunday who got cut after real snoozer wins.

Rozenstruik got cut off a point fighting style decision loss, it was surprising but it seems like if Dana doesn't like the way you fought you can be out.

If you don't have an apparent reason then the reason is only: money.
One way or another they think make sense to cut someone they don't see would provide $ or excitement for the salary. Even worse: what if an unmarketable guy becomes the champ or enters top 5-10 and you have to pay him a ton and you know he ain't losing a few in a row anytime soon. This is possible if a guy is good.
Unfortunately UFC isn't a sport.
Also, UFC doesn't do logic. And they are bush league with a bush league guy on top that checked out and years ago, but the brand sells and it will sell no matter what. It was built well so now it can be lead by bush people and have bush league tactics and it will still stay afloat.
If it doesn't make sense, It makes (or saves) dollars

Did a middle eastern promotion buy this guy out? I thought he put on a good HW fight.
I imagine a lot of HW’s would rather go to pro boxing when the UFC pays them so poorly.

I mean, it took them a long time to cut Tony Ferguson or Andrea Lee even tho they are on losing streaks, same with Sam Alvey as well.

Regardless, when it comes to Heavyweight division, they cut Hamdy but not the opponent that he beat Chocolate Peppa pig AKA Chris Barnett? Also, in that year, they cut Ronzenstruik but not Tuivasa whom is on a 5 fight losing streak and his last loss was to Roznestruik? and last year, they cut Romanov too, WTH is the UFC doing? are they slowly wanna abolish the division or what? also they cut Martin Buday too.

And what's beyond me is that a HW named Łukasz Brzeski is still in the UFC with a record of 1-5!!!!! WTF?

WTH is going on with the system of UFC cutting fighters and keeping fighters?

If the UFC want to make the HW division great, I can't wait for them to sign up Gable Steveson or Gordon Ryan if both want their shot in the UFC, and also, make Alex Pereira move up too, I don't support them cheating, I hate Eye-pokes but make them juice maybe but if they're gonna let HW's juice, they should make everyone in the UFC juice, but that'd be a waste.

You have a few good points there but hold on.

Gordon Ryan is never going to MMA.

They’re trimming the fat

Hamdy fought so terribly.

Shame Curtis wasn’t cut too.

I seen to recall reading that Rozenstruik was a financial decision. Like for some reason he was paid a lot, and when they realized he wasn't bringing in revenue they cut him, even though he was a pretty good fighter.

yes, but this guy smashed his opponent in the first round, total domination since the first second of the fight and cutting him but not his opponent doesn't make any sense.
It's just timing he wasn't cut he fought a 4 fight contract and is not getting a 2nd contract.
Barnett fought his 4 fight contract getting 2 exciting ko's and 2 losses, so they resigned him for another 3-4 fights if he doesn't get a big ko next time he will be gone too.

because ufc
UFC = Ultimate Fried Chicken
UFC = Ultimate Fuckery/Fucking Championship
UFC = Ultimate Fucking Cunt
UFC = Ultimate Feelings Championship
UFC = Ultimate Friendship Conflict
UFC = Ultimate Fortnite Colonization

funny thing is that if you win a lot in the UFC, you get higher pay, but that also makes the UFC more likely to cut you because you cost them more

He wasnt cut his 4 fight contract is up.

People still dont understand the difference between cutting a fighter and not resigning a fighter after a contract is complete.

People really should distinguish better between cutting fighters and not signing fighters to new contracts when their contracts are up. They're very different matters.

Also, resigning a replacement level HW who happens to have some recent wins but who's never going to make it to the top of the division and who's had nothing but boring fights on a three or four fight contract is a normal decision. Replacement level fighters with mostly recent wins cost more than replacement level fighters with mostly recent losses and provide less entertainment and value than replacement level fighters with fun fights, so why would the UFC resign them?

I hear you, but put some context on it...

4 fights. 2-1-1. 2 failed drug tests. 1 Foul point deduction. 2.5 years suspended.

2 Spit decision wins, 1 over turned.
1 UD Win, 1 UD Loss.

Zero impressive performances.
I wont be one of those guys, but you can argue he should have performed better vs Barnett.

Its better if you are the type who delivers highlights losses than mediocre wins.

For them that is. I think its a bit silly.
This is true in most sports though. Or you need to be either loved or hated. Like in NFL people love to watch the Cowboys lose b/c they do stupid stuff, average a ton of yards per play, Jerry is an idiot, and they just provided entertaining losses. Nobody wants to watch Arizona for example from some place nobody cares about go and average 4 yards a play, take 10 minutes to get down the field, and win 20-17.

Probably quite straight forward, guys like Hamdy and Buday are capable of knocking off prospects they actually want to push, whereas jobbers like Austen Lane are not gonna do that and will contribute to the highlight reel.
