Why isn't UFC stepping in with regards to Aldo/Marlon?

He looks really thin yes, but looks like he's just tired post workout and making a tough face. He did an interview this week. he looked thin, but he seemed fine. Whether or not it will effect him in the fight is the question i'm worried about.
He started his career at 135. We'll see how it goes.
