Why is Khabib never criticized?

Kinda hard to defend Conor when he takes it way too far, but yeah the holier than thou act from Khabib is always annoying
 
People do criticize him. Whenever he says nutty religious stuff, or simply the fact that he was not a very active champion.

He did make Conor say "it's just business" though.
 
Khabib is criticized, just not by his the cavemen in his nut-hugging fanclub

It's all been said before. Him and his team should have been kicked out of the UFC and charged criminally for storming the cage and assaulting innocent people but they weren't. No point in beating a dead horse at this point. If you can look at what he has done personally in his "battle with Conor" you realize hes way worse than Conor.

Neither one is exactly role models if that's what you're looking for. Of course you probably shouldn't look for fighters or celebrities as heroes.
 
People hate Conor (especially on here) that's why. Conor can do something positive like donating to charity and would get shit on for it. Khabib could shoot somebody in the head and be praised. Conor is a weight bully for fighting in a weight class he never missed weight for. On the other hand they say Khabib is an average sized lightweight despite missing weight multiple times and footage of him in a terrible state while cutting weight.
 
Because his main rival Conor, makes him look good. Plus he dominated that rival and shut his mouth for a bit. Did everyone a favor.
Also Khabib was a great fighter and didn't say too many stupid things. Comparing himself to gsp and Jones was pretty stupid. But undefeated at lw is still a big deal, even if he beat mostly marshmallows.
