Why is CNN attacking Trump?

CNN is anti Bernie Sanders. Pro Hilary....That's the only real bias I seen from them.

They let republicans and democrats say constant shit without fact checking at all.

They have political pundits from both side of isles who just spew propaganda and analyze the rat race instead of seeing if the issues candidates claim, are true.

CNN is such a weird as channel lol. At least Fox News/MSNBC who lean to one side, try to do some journalism to see if claims are real or not.

Looks like Vice and HBO hate Trump too.

They are about to run a piece on the labor practices of one of his Gulf arab state golf courses. It looks like they gon make it look real bad.

lol what. i don't know what channel you are watching, but it's not CNN. they use every opportunity to bash hillary and tout bernie every chance they can get with their "analysis team."

only, of course, when they aren't scavenging to find every drop of sweat off trump's nutsack.

For the longest time, Trump was the darling of CNN, whether the story was positive or negative. But the last few weeks they have just been murdering him, sometimes several stories a day. I've said all the bad things I could about Trump, but even I'm taken aback by CNN's behavior of late. It really seems they're going out of their way- not just to get hits and sell ads- but actively distorting things and trying to harm him.

Today's example is a headline about the primary rules spat, but just beneath it are two items: "NYC to Trump: He's not one of us" and "Opinion: Why We Owe Trump"

That he's crushing in New York on the eve of the primary is an afterthought to CNN- instead focusing on how even though he's crushing, he's hated by every single person in the city. And the mediocre opinion piece has an offensive-to-working-class headline and is full of Trump bashing. These are far from the only examples, just today's. I've even seen them taking Cruz's side on disputes like the wives b.s. Is CNN really pushing a Cruz agenda? Is this backlash for Trump's hostility toward the press? CNN is one of the few news sources who tries to be objective, but they're not even pretending at this point. Any other explanation here? I can't imagine the media being thrilled with Cruz, but here we are.

A bunch of media outlets have openly expressed that they regret helping Trump by giving his antics so much airtime. Probably an editorial backlash trying to undo the damage they did.

Dude I had CNN on 24/7, these last few months.

Here is the gist of it,

"Bernie Sanders is getting destroyed, just look at the super delegates"..."It's just a moral victory"...."Is he being sexist?"

No way in hell are the pro bernie sanders...half of the CNN pundits are establishment democrats who have worked with the clintons before....They only have 1 guy who is advertised a Bernie supporter lol.

maybe we are watching at different times. when i'm watching it's "is hillary getting nervous?" "bernie camp says hillary's confidence is waning," "bernie taking hillary to task in debates," etc etc. or they are showing polls like "a recent poll shows people with green hair support bernie 95% and hillary 5%."

maybe at the very beginning before it all even started they were saying that. i certainly don't ever hear them talking like that now. they definitively want trump vs bernie, it's pretty apparent. watch an hour tomorrow and we can do a mini report here tomorrow (if you can stomach an hour, i may only last 5 minutes).

What's odd is that they didn't start covering Bernie and saying Hillary is nervous until the dem primary was essentially over. The reason we think Sanders got screwed by CNN is the lack of coverage for so many months. Hillary was getting something like 10x the coverage despite only being about 60% favored by the country.

The media in general should be incredibly embarrassed by the way yellow journalism has crept into serious reporting, and should feel motivated to issue public mea culpas.
Giving so much attention to Trump's dime-store POTUS aspirations would be a great place to start.

CNN usually is a little left not bad but this election cycle they are going far left wit hit pieces. I can't tolerate them at the moment.

The news should be right down the middle. If that means they lose money, so be it.

How do they pay their employees then? There are some fairly balanced news outlets ....NPR...so if you don't like the way CNN presents its stories then simply go somewhere else.

The media wants a competitive race to boost ratings. Trump cruising to the nomination isn't that much of a story at this point. Trump vs. Cruz at a brokered, riotous convention is a ratings bonanza.
