I think this quote is good.

That IS a good quote, very meaningful.

Kato, I hear ya man, Buddhism is a great philosphy to live by.

The whole(so called)God and Universe topic, never seem to be answered. It is a natural thing for every human being to wonder, regardless your religious background. The strong believers want to identify with other believers. Non believers want the proof, want to deny or be skeptical about it. more like seeing is believing. What makes you a christian? so far, i know a couple things that makes you a christian. one is where you are brought up, what your parents guided you as you were being brought up. ( Nobody can bash anybody.) This applies to me too. Where i am from, land of the rising sun, people (some of them) will never study or worship god. it is just not a part of our lives. i guess you could say athiest or whatever. therefore, that makes me a athiest. But i like to consider myself agnostic because i wanna keep every door opened. I dont want to refuse anything. but about the christian thing, thats one. Another reason why some people are christian,( i guess i m talking about the christians in america especially in south because thats where i live) is that they are scared, insecure, etc. Would all those christian(all christians who just claim they are to serious bible beaters)change their attitude if "Hell" was not mentioned? I dont know.. to me some people are just scared of going to hell.
I dont have a religion that i believe in. i m fine with it. Maybe i ll never bother with it. i dont know yet. i havent studied much.. so i cannot to decide. my moral leans to buddism though.. in japan, some buddism teaching is connected to the japanese culture. When we eat everyday, we thank animals for sacrifice. in christianity, they thank god for providing human food. there is some difference there.. but i gotta quit tying.. if you read this, you are as bored as i am at work.

`Such a fallacy in your judgement and opinion. I am assuming you are educated, so I will say this. I am Catholic, and I might not be one of htose bible toting guys you seeon TV(sar from it). But I do believe that there is a God, for I have seen things you will never even imagine. Iam not a psychis or anything like that so please no stupid replies. Ther is a higher force that must have created life in this universe. Or do you believe in that Big Bang theory(no not in a porn movie)? I am a chemist and physicist, so I have the most experience I thnk when it comes to explaining science and the universe. Secondly, are you saying that the feelings you get inside yourself are not true, not valid? HTat when you die you will cease to exist in all planes of reallity? Come on mate, look at the big picture beofre ruling out the exsistence of GOd. Do you even have the faintest idea of how big our universe is? If you do then you will begin to understnad how we did not just evolve from space rock and shit(not literally, just a figure of speech). It is your opinion, but I believe in God. AND JEsus too. Too bad for you blokes who don't have a deeper understnading of life in gerneral. ( I am waiting for the replies on this one. I can already hear it)

I know you are not he, I recognized that line from his song. I don't know about the bjj thing for sure but I did hear that. Also I thought the Maynard qoute was appropriate cause he is in constant angst over his disagreement with organized religion.

Hahaha, great humor bro.

Well, here's the thing, I'm not 100% sure WHAT to believe, but I do lean more towards the big bang theory (yes i know it aint a porno lmao), but then again, what existed BEFORE that as well is another excruciating question I guess we'll never find out, and WHEn was the beginning of "matter" even.

See, I don't understand HOW things began, but it is foolish to say there WAS a beginning as well...the mind certainly fuckin boggles.

Sometimes I really don't know what to believe, and maybe it's better if lil ol me just happily existed peacefully. It would result in less of a brain ache!

hey scarface,

isnt it true that the universe started out as a ball as big as a tennis ball, and there was an immense amount of atoms and neutrons packed together and one day it just exploded into our universe?

i have one more question: what do you think the fate of our universe is? that it will just keep expanding? that it will reach a certain point and stay there? or that it will constantly come together to one ball and explode again?

i think that it keeps exploding from that one ball, i think that the great attractor is the thing that pulls everything together. what do you think the great attractor is?

Take a look outside magic, walk around and breathe. Observe everything you see and then tell me if you believe in god. Do you believe that this planet was created by some type of accident? In the words of the great Hunter S. Thompson. There is someone who is tending to the light at the end of a tunnel.

I do believe in GOD.

I don't believe in religon.(however its spelled)

I do believe in GOD b/c of what I've learned from The Bible.
I didn't read in the Nastrodamus book that Israel will be fighting for that land in that book. I read it in The Bible.

But everybody has their own beliefs i.e Christians, Catholics, Islam, Muslims etc. etc. etc.

Magic Man try reading The Bible, You don't have to READ it but try skimming through it. Im not trying to change your beliefs, but try giving it a try.

Imagine this: One hundred million atoms comprise the width of your pinkie finger. That is 100,000,000 atoms. Now, think of everything around you, the air, plants, cars, people, any material thing and any invisible thing like the air that we breath and the water in ouro oceans. Think of how many molecules(atoms combine together to form molecules) make up our planet and its biological inhabitants. That is alot of atoms, more than the beggierst number in infinity will show you. NOw that is only our planet, we haven't even touched the surface of other planets in our solar system . For example, our solar system is nothing but a speck on one of the outer arms of our galaxy. In our galaxy, there are more stars (like our sun) than there are grains of sand in all of hte beaches in the world. Imagine that. Now, our galaxy is one of an infinite number of galaxies strewn across the universe. I don't believe in the Big Bang because of this: let's say allteh mass of the universe was condensed into one single point the size of a tennis ball. THink about that closely. Now, WHAT was occoupying the space surrounding the tennis ball of mass? I mean, there had to have been some thing around that tennis ball, right? If there wasn't, then why did he universe expand? Where would it have been expanding in to if there had not been space already out there around it(the tennis ball). I believe hat the universe is in fact expanding, but I ask mnyself this question more than any other one: WHat is beyond the envelope of our universe? That my friend is something to ask. To take such a superficial look at life and religion is to insult what intelligence we have, or hav ethe potential to have. WHat are your thoughts?

where can I find this book? what is the name of it? I particularly love his lyrics as well.

He trained with Gracie Barra alittle and trains with Rickson when he can. this is from one of his websites. If you go to Rickson's website you will see that Maynard is giving him an interview.

why are there devil worshipers? Are they insecure like some chiristians? Whatever the content is... Is the cause of believing in devils just as same as believe in any other religions? or are they just plain stupid?
I dont know much about this devil worshiping field.. so if there is some devil worshiper in sherdog community.. please let me know the reason why believing in devil
