The UFC should find a way to promote its fighters to draw PPVs and media, instead of putting this burden on their backs.

I can understand lots of business decisions they make which I don't like, but not the way DFW sometimes bash his own guys.

Near-sighted/short term way of thinking. It may have help with some things in the past, but not anymore.

The UFC promotes the UFC. Fighters who do not make an effort to promote themselves will make far less over their career compared to similarly skilled fighters who learn that working the media is a big part of their job.

Because it's not the media's responsibility to make non-marketable fighters marketable. Aldo should take the initiative to learn the language, this is all assuming he cares about being a draw though. Because minus the fact that he's not much of a ppv headliner he still gets the job done.
