Why doesnt UFC bring the legend back ?

He's finally starting to get popular now due to a combination of his Youtube channel and people making videos about how the UFC got rid of him. I think he would still beat the top guys at 125 but he doesn't really have anything to prove.

I think One Championship pays him farely well. Would probably take a big offer to get him to rejoin the UFC.
