Why does UFC promote RDR as ONE FC double champ? He got cut after 2 losses

RDR is best at 185, he could fight at 205 and did in One but MW is his real best div.

Anatoly is a smaller HW who can fight at 205 if he wants but the cut probably is more than he wants to do and since One has a 225 div he can just stay there. Its not like One has anyone in any of these divs anyway. Dude had three belts, lost HW to Reug Reug and they havent said a word on a rematch or defending the other two belts.
