I like all types of women but I generally want relationships with fair-skinned girls with pretty faces. Hair color doesn't matter much. I will say I have seen less body hair on blonde women compared to dark haired girls. We know body hair is more visible on dark haired girls and to me body hair on the limbs, back, or cheek isn't feminine as feminine as no body hair. Blonds hide that much better.

And as some said it is because they stand out and make up a very small percentage of women in the world. If you factor in the women in Africa, India, Asia etc all of which have dark hair, blond women seem totally unusual and attractive. Simple.
