Why do Americans Expect God Tier Customer Service from Fast Food???

Are they not allowed to make a mistake? Do they not apologize for the error and then give the individual the correct order? Time lost might be 5 mins. Big deal. If they make the mistake every single day that is a management issue not training the employee right. And if the pay is crappy and the job sucks…why do people expect it will attract people who give a crap what they ordered?? The disconnect is astonishing, no?

Yes only 5 minutes it takes to correct an order. But if you took 1 or 2 extra minutes the first time to get the order right you wouldn't have to do that.

Having worked at wendys, reading an order isnt difficult at all.

They chose to do that job. It is a crappy job that pays shit wages but if you choose to do that then at least do it well.
And people choose to go to that shitty place so they should know what to expect. <BC1>

Expecting a proper job done, yes.
Shitty place, shitty food, shitty pay, shitty Service.

I dont know whats so hard to understand.

If you buy shitty shoes, do you still expect them to have proper materials and comfort?!

They fucking wont. They are shitty.

I expect everyone who is paid to do a job, whether jacking off someones mother, burger flipping or being a doctor, to put an honest effort into not being retarded, inept or lazy, yes. Its a skill that pays off in life, everywhere. They deserve the shit talk they get for it.

People in general Suck these days, they fail to show up for first week of work paying 23/hr.

not sure what to say. if you make mistakes every day you should be fired.

More importantly why do fast food workers now expect God Tier tips for zero sit down service...you see that shit set at auto 20% in food quarts now.

If you do anything in volume, the accuracy rate isn't going to be 100%

It's not god tier service. Are other countries so poor that they think McDonalds is a god tier restaurant?

Not if you don't pay attention it wont.
Whether they're good at their job or not, they wouldn't he flawless. That's just human nature. You'd have to be a regular to know if they fuck up all the time, or it's an isolated incident.

At my job our allowed error rate is just under 1/10 of one percent. My error rate is usually around half of that. But out of thousands of orders shipped per month, I never ever have zero errors. And I'm the best at my company.

I rarely fuck up, but I'm sure every person that gets a wrong order thinks jeez how hard is it to ship me the shit I ordered. And it's not, which is why I'm over 99% accurate.

Nobody is expecting anyone to be flawless. But If you are at the job for a certain amount of time you should know how to read and provide an order. Especially when the burgers and fries are pre made already and you just need to put them in the bag.

I don't really get the jist of the OP anyway. Either it's one kid fucking up over and over or it's people complaining over and over. Either can be fixed by the same thing.
