Why did YOU hate World War Z?

I liked it. Not in a "Wow, this is unforgettable" kind of way, but in a "Oh, that was an OK 2 hours" way. I forgot what most of the plot was. For a movie to really hit a home-run you need a well-crafted, satisfying narrative. Action/horror alone doesn't cut it. I vaguely remember there being a lot of boring parts though, especially in the middle of the movie when they were in the research? facility.

They should have named it something else. Why buy the movie rights to the book if you’re going to ignore the entire book anyways?

I didn’t hate it. I thought it was great. That said, it would have been better with more Nic Cage losing his shit.

Any movie and/or tv show involving vampires or zombies can fuck off. Lowest form of writing.

It was Okay but really Doesn't do any justice to the Book. It was Okay in the context that it was beset with production issues.

I enjoyed it but I had to push past much of the stupidity in it to do so.

I get that suspending belief is the first requirement of zombie movies but it is just stupid when they make the human body taken over by the virus or whatever near superman level unbreakable.

I am fine with the zombie being oblivious to pain and therefore being able to continue to push with a broken body but still if the body is broken, it is broken even if you don't feel pain. You jump off the Israeli wall and land on concrete or vehicles and the human body is just a pulp pile. It cannot get back up and start running with every bone broken.
