Why did Izzy go from antagonistic to friendly to Dricus?

This is typical Adesanya behaviour.
He deserves the same treatment he gave Costa and nothing less. DDP should have humiliated Adesanya by pretending to dig Adesanya grave and throw his body into it Tito Ortiz style.

Tbf, Dricus and Izzy had an actual battle. They gave their all. Costa just talked trash and got punked.

Izzy has always been humble in defeat. He acted the same towards Alex, Jan and Strickland too.

But not so much when he wins eh? Kinda shows something more as TS is eluding to

Adesanya as he always does talks trash. Adesanya also got humbled against DDP.

Once again from everything Adesanya said pre fight to DDP it’s no different to his pre fight talk to Costa except he said he wanted to kill DDP. That’s why I made reference to Tito Ortiz. The grave digging reinactment would have been great to see here.

All these fighters always let Adesanya off the hook when they beat him, but Adesanya doesn’t do the same when he wins.

It wasn’t really a battle Adesanya got finished .. I think a battle is more when it’s close fight and goes to the score cards.

quite confusing, the build-up the whole time was him acting aggressive and hostile to dricus.
even cried during press conference (which is ok, and it shows there was real emotion toward dricus).

but after the fight, he became somewhat friendly and even repeatedly praised dricus, even on social media?

similar to when strickland won and izzy was whispering in his ear not to talk bad about him or something.

anyways, i thought izzy was winning the fight up until the brutal shots from dricus,
which shows i am NOT an izzy hater.

the only other fighter i can think off the top of my head with a bipolar behavior is mcgregor,
where he is a good winner but bad loser (opposite of izzy)
