Well, I retired. 400-0, just to match Rickson's record. Was actually taking a lot out of me as I got older. Back issues from all of the burying & dragging dead weight. Good for cardio, though. I cut weight
Newbies probably find it hard to find a role model/coach/mentor to educate them on the fine art. It's like Ninjitsu.
