Who's the best "one-dimensional" fighter ever?

No true 1-dimensional fighter has had too much success since the 90s. Since 2000, I'd say the most 1-dimension fighters to win belts are Lesnar and Poatan. Poatan is better in terms of grappling/TDD than Lesnar was at striking/BJJ, but he really hasn't been challenged by a good wrestler yet. If he'd been at LHW almost any other time since 2000, he'd have to face guys like prime Couture, Tito, Jon Jones, Bader, Phil Davis, Cormier, etc. Ank is a good, well-rounded fighter but his TD game isn't special at all.

Not the best, but Askren should be on the list even though it was mostly in B leagues.

Askren is probably the only true one-dimensional fighter who had great success since the first generation of fighters

Can you mention a fight where Liddell used his wrestling? I really can't remember he taking someone down and controlling
I didn’t follow Chuck’s career that much, but I remmember him wiping the floor with Skinny Overeem.

Max could grapple bruh watch his earlier fights or even Yair when he went ADCC Max and almost submitted Yair. He's choked out Cub and Fili. Calling Max one dimensional is ridiculous.
