GSP put Hardy in spots most other opponents would tap in rather then risk the damage Hardy risked. So bad example because if he did the same thing to Rory he did to Hardy then the odds are on the tap out.

No, it's not a bad analogy. The point is that Dan Hardy was a low level grappler, and if GSP could not submit him, then his chances of submitting Rory, who is a much better grappler, are low. When is the last time GSP submitted anybody, by the way?

I think in a few years Rory will be better but right now he can't beat GSP.
