No, he couldn't move down. He cut more weight than most MWs, and used to fight at LHW till he was 30 years old.
Yushin Okami fought at 170 punds till he came to UFC at 25 years old. It would be interesting to see how WWs manage with the huge frame and positioning of Yushin imo.

I could see Johny holding the belt for a while or Robbie taking it in their next fight (assuming he can get back to the title). Other than that I have a hard time seeing anyone else holding the belt. Maybe Lombard but I think that's unlikely.
