i think it depends on what weight and what time period. because he could be exploited into losing some boring fights, like vs Telligman where Telligman utilized his reach and jab to disrupt his reading of the distance and then used his own aggression to get clinch takedowns. he could also be stalled out on the ground if he was fighting at say HW vs some big oaf wrestler like Brock or Blaydes. but i agree, he's my favorite fighter since i was a kid and he definitely could bring the excitement.

he did imo too. he was a very exciting fighter. last i heard he was involved in some shady dealings back in Chechnya and was in a situation where 2 guys died and he was accused of stabbing someone. never heard anything about that or him again. rather unfortunate circumstances and i hope he's got his life together because i know he had a wife and child.
