Crime Biden commutes nearly all federal death sentences

So funny to see the libtards try to justify this shit. Biden sucks, you suck, just fuck off, everyone who is normal hates you freaks
Sounds like someone is lonely on Christmas Eve and lashing out. Hope your new year resolution is to make at least one real life friend so you don't have to be so angry.

We should kill
Him anyway
Well the point I'm making is that's just your opinion and in no way can anybody say Biden is despicable for making that choice when he saved American lives with it.

So as usual right-wing people are just lying and making it sound worse than it is cuz they are liars.

No, i did and he is.

So he doesn't believe in the death penalty if its a hate crime or terrorism though ? quite the contradiction .. What a shocker.

If we are doing this then DO IT. Let them out on the street, give them weapons, and make it clear that it's open season on regular people. No rules for the animals, but the full force of the law for any decent hardworking person who defends themselves or others.

Posted it in the thread about pardons and such.

Three that didn’t make it are Boston bomber, Charleston church and tree of life shooters.

I don’t understand the logic that it is terrible and barbaric and they need to do this, while not doing it with those 3
because these three are politically motivated and threats to the stability of the government, while the others (including serial killers) are just threats to the common people.

Threats to stability of government? O rly?

Brb using imagination to see how Boston bomber is continued threat to stability of government when is in jail and never targeted government. *bzzzz pew pew bzzz*

Everyone knows how horrific these crimes were, and that’s why this fucker will never see the outside of a prison cell again.
We don’t need your 5000 year old talionic bullshit.
Fuck the death penalty, we’d do well to eliminate it.

Bullshit. All those girls wanted to live. So does the predator. He gets to live so he gets what he wants. They don't. You call that justice. That's not justice.

There’s no reason to have a death penalty other than your own vengeful wishes and feelings.
It’s not an effective deterrent, it doesn’t make economic sense, it opens up a wide range of Constitutional issues such as due process issues, cruel and unusual punishment issues, equal protection issues regarding fairness in how it’s applied…all sorts of things.

Plenty of these perpetrators don’t want to live, and prefer execution, so I don’t really think the point you’re trying to make there makes sense.

The idea that there’s no justice unless we allow the government to execute people is nonsense. The idea that people like me are “soft on crime” because we don’t want the government to execute people is nonsense.
The death penalty is not only inhumane, it doesn’t achieve any worthwhile outcome. I am happy and proud to stand with groups like Amnesty International and the ACLU that oppose the use of the death penalty everywhere.

Is your version of "justice" worth it if innocent people are also convicted of crimes, put on death row, and executed by the government?

Well said. Justice and vengeance aren't necessarily synonyms.

And he'll spend the rest of his life in a maximum security prison. Does he deserve an execution based on what he did? In a vacuum, without any repercussions on any other cases, sure. But that's not how our justice system works.

We know 100% that people who are completely innocent have been sentenced to death just like this monster.

Nope, I'm only for execution if it's a 100% open and shut case.
