In addition to Fedor's great career, he was just such a cool person. Never really had anything bad to say about anybody, respected each and every opponent he fought. Always fought fair win or lose, always gave respect win or lose. But to really understand Fedor's legacy you need to have the historical perspective of that era in MMA.

If you look it objectively, it's GSP for sure.

Personally for me it's Silva (Entertainment inside and outside cage) but I can totally appreciate why most regard it as Fedor (humble aura, big streak, undersized at HW).

Jones was heading there but I fear he will go down as a somewhat squandered talent.

He beat some good to great fighters but 1/2 of his record is complete dogshit and he did have those 3 losses in a row to Hendo, Werdum and Bigfoot where he didn't just lose but got finished.
