Lol, my boy knows what's up! For me it was fools trying to do biceps on the straight bar in the squat rack. But Idk man, I'm pretty happy with my arms for a guy whose only arm exercise is diamond pushups with my daughter sitting on my back.

@Byron Pechorin what's it like knowing you gave Akiyama his nickname from the other side of the world? I remember Schiavello loved calling him Sexyama. That must have been such a trip.

Nice knowing that I got to play a (small) part in MMA history. Shit got real when the nickname/meme made it's way over to Japanese newspapers, Fox news, and Joe Rogan announced him as Sexyama at the UFC 100 weighins. Still the biggest MMA related thread in forum history with over 20k posts, 1.5 million views, and Akiyama has run with the persona and built an entire multi million dollar media empire in Asia around it.
