Who has a good workout plan???

i basically have the best workout plan...all layed out in my log.
 
Pec deck
Cable flys
Crossovers
Tri-pushdowns
Leg extensions
Hamstring curls
Calf raises
Leg press (careful!)

You forgot hip abduction/adduction machines. Also, it's very important to flex hard in the mirror after every set, to "lock in" your pump...

well..... this thread sucked. read the FAQ, read carnal's treatise on lifting, quit being such a pussy in the gym.
 
oh, and coincidently I have the best workout plan to get fit.
