I don't think smolov will be too difficult for you since you are pretty good at volume. Just make sure to get your sleep and treadmill walking.

Good day. Sore as hell when I started warming up but once I started squatting the DOM's went away. Forgot to add 2.5's to the first set (supposed to do 390) so I made up for it on the last set. Already I can say that I heart higher bar position and my form is feeling locked in. Just going to do some light deadlifts once a week to keep the groove fresh, and take the opportunity to work on hook grip some. Felt pretty solid today, no thumb tearing.

Second deadlift was a bitch, I forgot to baby powder my thighs and didn't have my usual compression shorts on and the bar dug in like a motherfucker. Regardless, my form was awful and 630 wasn't in the cards.

I was not going to lift in the upcoming Missouri state since I'm really just getting over my quad strain, but you have motivated me to try to bench more than 348 in a meet.

Your attire reminded me of the wrestling from KC-Schlagle.

Every single one of their wrestlers would wear an under armour shirt under their singlet and colorful tube socks that coordinated with their singlet, even the 103 pounder. It was awkward and their whole team sucked.
