So who should the Big 10 add? I'd like to see Pitt, but I think Syracuse makes the most sense market wise. Notre Dame won't do it so I'm ruling them out.

I'd like to see Pitt, as well. It's the only school in the mix that excites me from both a football and hoops standpoint. If you want to talk completely unrealistic, I'd love to see Boise State in our conference.

The fail was strong with me over the holidays. I ate too much, drank too much, and trained very little. 4 weeks until the push/pull meet, shit needs to get real. Yesterday was punishment.

Squats took about 90 minutes. My legs don't feel good today, I almost fell in the shower. That should teach me.

It's an unsanctioned just for fun meet my gym is putting on before the meet season kicks into full swing. Since I would be in there lifting anyways I might as well have some fun and set PR's. I'm not really changing my training for it, I'm still focusing on all 3 lifts.
