Notes:
Everything felt good today. Just going to take it slow and ease back into squatting. Took a little while to find the right groove, the first set was all over the place, but after that everything loosened up. Next week I'll shoot for 295x10x5. I'm squatting in my Sambas for awhile because my ankle mobility has become the suck. Didn't push the sprints too hard since I hadn't done any for a few years. I'll get the stopwatch out and break 10 seconds next week.
 
About 220. Terrible. It has been hotter than fuck and working long hours so I never feel like eating during the day. I'm fixing that though starting this week.

Just another day. My back was fried and the stone really sucked. For some reason I was having lots of troubles getting my hips through and up from the lap. Oh well. One of my older friends in the gym, who is as untechnically saavy as they come, relayed a story about asking a guy from Canada on a flight if they had the internet up there. The guy laughed and thought it was a good joke, but my friend was dead serious and confused.
