I left work early for a dentist appointment so I didn't have to fuck around today on this project and got lifting time. I nailed 3 wheels because I fucking rule. It was easy too. I got a press command from a guy and almost laughed it went up so easy. The T-Bar row machine at my gym is a piece of goddamn shit and I will never use it again.

Now, before everyone shits a brick, I am now going to start recording lifts with an RPE, which is that little @# for all my sets. This is Rate of Perceived Exertion, and is a fancy term for how hard a lift was. I stole this idea from Mike Truchsherer and it's a fucking genius way of keeping track of how hard a set felt. The scale is:

10- Maximal. No reps left in the tank.
9- Last rep is tough, but still 1 rep left in the tank.
8- Weight is too heavy to maintain fast bar speed, but is not a struggle. 2-5 reps left.
7- Weight moves quickly when maximal force is applied to the weight.

BB Circuit (Deadlift/BB Row/Front Squat/Mil Press/Back Squat/Good Morning): 110x6 reps each movement x3

Treadmill: 30min 4mph @ 4%
 
You should probably take it easy for a few months now and do a velocity diet cut. There's no point in getting stronger once you've hit the magical 315/405/500 total.
