Wanted to lift pretty bad, so I went in with no plan at all and came out with this.

Each rep got better with 242 because I focused less on muscling the shit up and more on using leg drive and high elbow rack position. The lockout was a slow 2 inch grind on the last one but I got it. I am still ghey at OHP, mostly because I never do it.

This was a Fatty style workout. Except weight divided by half.

Yes, I should have had the 545 but I am a fucking retard. My back was absolutely fried and I was rounding over like a bastard and tried to lean it back rather than squeezing the glutes hard.

I feel pretty beat up, my whole back and thighs were cooked but they actually feel pretty good after I just lifted and stretched real hard. I would have been less beat up if

a) I had slept more the night before the meet, I only got about 5 hours
b) Brought more food with me. I only brought a few shakes and the concession stand was about worthless unless I wanted hot dogs or skittles. So I had hot dogs and skittles. Not exactly optimum nutrition for performing 3 hard ME workouts over 8 hours. Unless you are Dave Tate or Zero.
 
Also I suggest bringing some tiger balm, Enright. It comes in handy for the deadlift.

That's crazy that you're back in the gym already. Usually, I feel like I got hit by a truck after a meet. For about the next week.

I'm going to try and be as pendantic as possible in the gym. Someone will ask me what I am doing I will say "I'm doing Draft from Plinths and then working my pectoral muscles with cultivations of hands with dumbbells while lying." Look out Thinker, here I come.

Tried out the new Rogue Do-Wins. They are teh sechs. I just need my True Protein order to get here and I am ready to get training full bore again.
