Yeah, so I'm kind of fat weak and fat right now and need to change that. I've had the stress of graduating/getting engaged/starting a career going on for the first part of this year and have been eating like shit, lifting infrequently, and spending excessive amounts of time being inactive. I have started judo and worked on my conditioning which has helped me from getting too fat and generally kept my work capacity at a decent level. So anyways, my goals right now are mainly to get lean and get back in the groove of lifting. Obviously working in a caloric deficit won't be condusive to packing on a bunch of muscle or strength, but I should see good gains simply from getting the neural drive back into high gear. I've been back into for the past 4 weeks and went from 231 pounds down to about 218. Like to get down to 200-ish which would put me at about 10-12% bf or so (really just a guess here). So anyways....
