Wasn't going to do anything today since I benched Monday, but got the itch to do something. I tried some jerks, 285 went up easy which is the most I have ever put overhead. 300 was infuriating, I had it locked out twice but lost it backwards once and forwards once. Just need to practice these a little more, I should be able to get 300+ easy since I can push press 275. The last time I couldn't even pop it past my head so I just called it. Some squatting action planned Friday....
