Which of these guys would be most likely to come out victorious if they were to have been given a 3rd crack in the same rra and time frame of the first 2 fights. Choose as many answers as you want.

Robert Whittaker against Israel Adesanya

Colby Covington against Kamaru Usman

Chael has never lost so I'm not sure why he's on this thread.

If they fought today Pettis has nothing for bendo

I know I didn't specify. But We're talking about if the rematches were to have occurred in the same era or timeframe of the first 2 fights.

Also I didn't want to see Weidman vs Silva 3 at any point. I wanted Anderson to retire after Chael. But you have some that still insist that both fights were flukes.

OK then it's Max over Volkanovski that 2nd fight was a 1 sided beating that the guy beat up got the nod.

I'd put down for a 3rd Weidman/Silva fight at this point.

But honest answer? Colby or Max. Colby can go 2-2 with Usman, anyone can win 1 round.

Adesanya beats Pereira.

Anderson Silva might beat Weidman.

Henderson might beat Pettis.

Everyone else loses.

I thought Frankie beat Benson both times (although the first was much closer). 2nd was full on robbery. Max is probably second. Actually, Matt Hughes vs Dennis Hallman = #1 for me.

Anderson could have easily beat Weidman in the 1st fight had he not fought like a complete idiot IMHO. It was not a fluke and it was not because Anderson was suddenly not in his prime but it was still probably the most embarrassing defeat in mma history considering the level of taunting which far exceeded previous showboating moments from Anderson. Weidman was a solid fighter but his capitalization on Anderson's mental retardation in this fight made people believe he was far greater than he actually was/ended up being IMO

Will also give Big Nog the nod against Mir because he absolutely had the 2nd fight won but went for a ridiculously stupid guillotine attempt and got his arm broken. Huge respect for Mir for "Outnogging Nog" but Mir's chin was always beatable and he could easily have lost a 3rd fight.

Edit: Benson vs Pettis is an underrated one as I am still to this day surprised Pettis won the fight considering how terrible he looked in his first 2 fights and how terrible he looked after he won the belt. Another low key one would be Gonzaga vs Werdum. If Gonzaga hadn't completely fallen in love with the "1 strike KO", he probably would have destroyed Werdum in the rematch at that stage of their careers

Not down 2-0 but I think McGregor still has a good shot of beating Poirier. I would still favour him if they fought for the 4th time.

Rampage broke the mold (v Wandy).

Max, then Colby, then Whittaker.

If Romero and Whittaker were in the same org I would put Romero between Max and Colby.

The rest are fantasy fights so I ignored them.

Benson won the first fight , but the second was clearly a win by Frankie; Benson looked great in the first round but Edgar won at least three rounds easily.
Frankie Edgar and the word 'clearly' should never be used in the same sentence. Ever.
