Werdum 2x, Junior Dos Santos, Andrei Arlovksi, Sergei Pavlovich, Brock Lesnar, Frank Mir, Sergei Kharitonov, Mark Hunt, Vitor Belfort 2x, Igor Vovchanchyn, Roy Nelson and Roman Zentsov.
The only other guy who has submitted Belfort in nearly 50 fights was prime Jon Jones.
Reem had nearly 70 fights, fought a who's who of MMA royalty and participated in some legendary wars delivering ultra violence.
Anyone who doesn't consider Reem an all time great is a

Weird thread. Wand had one TKO loss all the way untill he fought CC, nearly 40 fights and a decade into his career.
Aldo got polished off by Conor 26 fights and a decade into his career too. His losses to Holloway IIRC were more him gassing and eventually being dropped and TKOed by a million rabit punches on the ground, won't even bring up the Yan fight.
Not sure if you consider Arlovski and Mir as ATGs but they were knocked out consistently throughout their relevant careers, but HW power and mass is on another level.
I guess Randy did too.
