GREAT SUCCESS!
completed my 150 lbs sand bag and pressed it over my head in my own living room. i've *made* a new friend, so to speak.
also, i ordered a camera. expect many a video soon.
i could barely fit 150 lbs of sand into the damn canvas bag i bought, but it's all sealed up. good times. i was lightly sad i could already throw it around though, but the process is cheap and easy for when i upgrade. i suggest this to anyone. it's like a really heavy pillow. i ant wait until i can get it near 185~ (my BW)
