... they obviously shoud be punnished, but besides that, it's rather unfair to the opponents they faced in their past fights, since if they're not using ped's they were in a disadvantage.

So the perfect punishment would be that for example their last 3 fights before getting caught should be turned over in a NC, and all of their fight-money should be handed over to their opponents, since they had a big advantage using ped's, which is also dangerous, since they could be hit more, causing damage etc. Take JDS-Cain 2/3 for example... IF Cain would be caught and it becomes clear he used ped's at the time, propably he wouldn't have punnished JDS so bad...

What in the absolute fuck are you talking about?

Why would they get punished for unrelated fights if they passed the drug test for those fights?

can we just talk about fights?

Fret not, my friend. Cain beat JDS senseless 2/3 times because he is/was the better fighter/athlete. Don't worry yourself with whether or not Cain was on something for those fights... He simply has JDS' number.

Be polite...
That's the only way you could ban ped's out of UFC, because fighters will face consequences, not only from the moment they get caught... it will make them (and their team) think a little more about what they're using...

Because the comment "I didn't know this stuff was in my supplement" is bullshit ofcourse...
Same with all the russian athletes who used and now are getting caught...
Ofcourse fighters and their teams are constantly seeking stuff which enhances their abilities, but will not be found in their blood or piss during tests... and they all know damn right that this stuff is a ped...

I respect fighters who fail tests alot more than fighters who cry to media like little girls. If u want to be the best then take whatever will help u achieve it.

No, they shouldn't. So if the tax service finds you didn't pay taxes this year, you should also pay a fine for last three years? Ridiculous.

Let's cut the crap, just because a fighter is caught, doesn't necessarily mean his entire career is tarnished. He (Machida) wasn't caught previously, and you (or USADA) have no evidence of them doing so.

Fighter A feeling that fighter B was juicing just because fighter B is caught now (2 years after the fight) doesn't mean crap.

Sidenote, these kind of threads are exactly why some people say whitebelts shouldn't be allowed to start threads.
