Agreed but you can't exactly just assume everyone has the time to sit around and wait for you to remake their order. This could have been his lunch for work and he had to leave ASAP.

It’s a fast food chain. If he didn’t have the time to wait 3-4 minutes he didn’t have to time to have lunch outside of work.

My wife goes to wingstop all the time I can guarantee you it's not 3-4 mins. It might technically be classified as fast food but it's nothing like mcdonalds or something quick like that. She orders online and it tracks her order to tell her when it's ready and it typically takes 15-20 mins.

What makes you think they screwed up his order at all? There are people who order food, eat a lot of it then complain to get a refund. Stores got wise to it and switched to offering to remake food but it seems obvious that he didn't want the food. He just escalated that into a felony.

She said she would remake it. Who would offer to remake food already eaten. It doesnt even matter though. You dont have situations like this go down in your business over 10 bux. Buuut you get what you pay for and theyre probably paying her min wage
